東京:東京外国語大学アジア・アフリカ言語文化研究所,2011年。アジア・アフリカ言語文化研究 (Journal of Asian and African Studies) No 81 p. 148-305.Princeton East Asian Library Collection (New Jersey, USA) holds 83 manuscripts from Dunhuang including the Tangut Buddhist documents. 1) Fragments of Tangut Buddhist texts; Peald (=Princeton East Asian Library, Dunhuang) Peald 6c, 6d, 6e, 6f, 6h, 6i: 阿毘達磨大毘婆沙Apidamodapiposhalun: Abhidharma Peald 6g: 金剛般若波羅蜜多経Vajracchedikā Prajñāpāramitā Peald 6q: 大方広仏華厳経Buddhāvataṃ saka-nāma-mahāvaipulya: Avataṃsaka (1 fragment) Bullitt (1989: 24, illustration 13) shows Peald 6q, the last part of volume 77 of the Tangut version ‘Avataṃsaka’ (Chinese version: Taisho No. 0279 『大方広仏華厳経』 in Taisho vol. 10 (p. 428a)). 2) Volume 4 of the Tangut version 妙法蓮華経 Saddharmapuṇḍarīka. 3) Volume 77 of the Tangut version ‘Avataṃsaka’. Collection No. 8-94-801.2 is the ‘other’ volume of 77 of ‘Avataṃsaka’, and it was woodblock printed. It was first introduced by Heijdra and Cao 1992. The total volume is 112 pages, with 670 lines of Tangut script (Chinese version: Taisho No. 0279 『大方広仏華厳経』 in Taisho vol. 10 (pp. 419c–428a)). This is valuable, since the woodblocks of volume 77 have not been preserved anywhere else in the world. In this work, after briefly introducing material: No. 8-94-801.2, I present the text, phonetic reconstruction, Japanese translation with annotations, and corresponding Chinese version of all lines.
